241“Unless some misfortune has made it impossible, everyone can have good posture.” - Loretta Young I mean, what I wouldn’t give to have the legendary, elegant posture of beautiful Princess Kate! But, just read all the ways sitting up straight and having good posture benefits us: Improved breathing - Stretching your lungs and airways allows oxygen to flow more smoothly to your body, which can help your organs function better. Better digestion - Leaning forward or hunching over while eating can compress your stomach and other organs, which can negatively affect digestion. Sitting up straight can help with digestion and reduce discomfort after meals. Healthier spine - Sitting up straight can help prevent hunching and support your spine’s natural curve. You can use a pillow behind your lower back for extra support. Better concentration - People with good posture tend to have an easier time focusing on tasks than those with poor posture. Develops core strength - Sitting up straight activates your core muscles, which stabilize your torso, back, and pelvis. Helps your muscles and joints - Correct posture allows your joints and bones to align properly, so your muscles don’t have to work as hard. Lesser headaches - Poor posture can cause tension in your neck, shoulders, and upper back, which can lead to headaches. More energy - When your posture is correct, your muscles don’t have to work as hard, which can give you more energy. * Above information by @google AI overview #situp #goodposture #noslouching #toyourhealth #diamondhoops #silverhair #silvermodel #rareandbeautiful #life #luxurylifestyle

10Every masterpiece begins in one imagination. The best ones awaken another. What I love most about Lydia Courteille’s jewelry is that it doesn’t simply ask you to admire it —it invites you to expand your own imagination. Lydia’s inspiration for this extraordinary cuff took flight after encountering Guatemala’s brilliantly colored parrots and the rich artistry of Mayan culture. She transformed those experiences into a wearable work of art. When I look at this piece, I can’t help but imagine two magnificent parrots standing guard over a sacred aquamarine—protecting something rare and precious. Whether or not that was Lydia’s intention isn’t really the point. That’s what remarkable art does. It leaves room for us to bring our own stories to it. Lydia’s life experiences inspired the jewel. The jewel sparked my imagination. Perhaps that’s the rarest kind of beauty of all—not simply to be admired, but to awaken something within us. Rare & Beautiful The Opus Featuring Lydia Courteille

20POV: The moment butterflies are unleashed . . . every time I wear @lydiacourteille jewelry. I forgot to get the details on these pieces (probably because I was so star-struck 🤩 by them!) . . . from her interview on the necklace from a couple posts ago, I know the necklace is 18K gold set with paraiba, green tourmaline, and green garnet. I believe the ring and cuff are 18K gold set with Boulder Opal, pink and yellow sapphires, and green garnets. The necklace, alone, took over 1000 hours to make! Do you feel the same butterflies 🦋 🦋🦋 I do at the sight of these spectacular pieces?!

8@chantecler_official In October 1944, on a small island in the Tyrrhenian Sea, a man made a bell and gave it to a president as a symbol of peace. That bell became a company. The company became a legend. This is that story. @chantecler_official Angel skin coral. Harvested from the same sea that surrounds this island. Chantecler Capri has worked with it since the beginning — Pietro and Salvatore understood that Capri’s greatest material was already in the water around it. @chantecler_official “It was not a project. It happened step by step.” — Gabriele Aprea Pietro Capuano — nicknamed Chantecler after the rooster in a French novel, a man who welcomed each new day with the joy of someone who understood life was for living — co-founded the house with Salvatore Aprea in Capri. The first piece was a bell. The first client was a president. @chantecler_official Crafted in Valenza, Italy, made with titanium, enamel, moonstone cabochons, freshwater pearls, and diamonds. Each piece hand-painted — no two emerge the same color. The flame decides. Each one has a specialty. The person who sets a diamond cannot set a ruby. The person who cuts one stone cannot cut another. Every piece passes through dozens of hands before it is complete. Available through Chantecler Capri. One of a kind. @chantecler_official On the reverse of every piece, there’s a secret. Here, the baroque scrollwork hand-engraved into titanium by artisans in Valenza. And an unexpected golden rooster. Pietro’s signature, the spirit of Chantecler Capri, still present eighty years later. @chantecler_official Three generations. Eighty years. The standard hasn’t moved. @chantecler_official The boutique guest book in Capri holds signatures from the 1950s onward. Audrey Hepburn signed it at least three times — a different surname with each visit. Jackie Kennedy. Writers, politicians, philosophers. “Capri didn’t care where you came from or what you believed,” Leonardo Aprea, the third generation, told me. “It was a place where anyone with an idea could feel at home.” Some things about an island don’t change. What it means to wear a piece of it doesn’t change either. @chantecler_official

7On a small island in the Gulf of Naples, a jewelry house has been keeping beautiful secrets since 1944. That year, as American soldiers rested on Capri between missions liberating Europe, founder Pietro Capuano made a bronze bell and sent it to President Roosevelt — a symbol of peace, hope, and the end of war. The original still sits at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library in Hyde Park, New York. Beside Pietro stood Salvatore Aprea — the steadfast business mind who turned a jeweler’s vision into a house. It is his children, Maria Elena and Gabriele, who carry that legacy today. Among the friendships Pietro made in those years was one with Edda Ciano — Mussolini’s daughter, who found her solace on the island after her world collapsed. They wrote letters. She signed hers: Caro Chantecler. When it was over, Pietro quietly repurposed her jewels so she could survive. The island became a refuge for extraordinary people. Ingrid Bergman came in 1950. Jackie Kennedy in 1961. Audrey Hepburn signed the guest book three times — each time with a different surname as her life changed. Their signatures are still there, kept by the family to this day. Eighty years later, now in its third generation, Chantecler Capri is still telling the story of Capri - one extraordinary jewelry at a time. And still keeping the secrets of Capri. This is what heritage looks like. Rare and Beautiful. @chantecler_official
